Tier 1

Small and medium size companies can utilize tier 1 level services. At this level we act as an addition to your IT team. New roll out, system wide upgrades, project management, situations that call for temporary advanced personnel to manage and implement scenarios including test labs, upgrade deployment, administrator training and security. Tier 1 project management services must fall within a three month time period from test lab to implementation.

Tier 2

Tier 2 services provide off-site managed server hosting for needs such as web, email, voice and collaboration, CRM and more, Tier 2 can include hosted and/or dedicated servers with environments including Domain controller, SQL, Exchange, almost any role. Tier 3

This tier is specifically designed for small business. At this level we offer complete management of your entire IT infrastructure. Tier 3 services include tier 2 level service with the additional option to have all of your server/client onsite resources managed without the need for an IT staff. We can replace your physical IT staff normally saving small business more than 60% of their yearly personnel overhead in IT.
